| This is a nice new duplicator in from Asia. It is set up to cut 7 pin center cut keys. It works quite easily, and even includes a decoder key.
You simply insert the uncut key (brass or plated brass keys), set the depth of cut and then rotate the spacing knob to the correct space, and then turn the cutter wheel to cut the key.
